Residential Cleaning
ASLI offers a wide variety of cleaning services for your home. You
choose how often you want cleaning - daily, weekly, bi-monthly,
monthly or occasional. I offer general or detailed/deep cleaning, as
well as spring and fall cleaning. If you have a special party coming
up call me - we will clean your home top to bottom.
Before providing cleaning services, I would like to visit your home
so we can meet and I can give you an accurate quote. The price
quoted is based on the size and condition of your home. A slightly
higher fee applies to the first cleaning (initial/deep clean)as this is
more detailed and time consuming (specials/discounts DO NOT
apply to initial cleaning). This first clean will have your home up
to our standards and therefore each subsequent visit is easily
maintainable.
Initial/Deep Clean:
Every General cleaning will include:
*It is presumed that the home will be in order and somewhat picked
up to facilitate the cleaning of your home. *If you have a lot of
items on counters/shelves they will not be moved. *Cleaners do
not climb higher than a 2-step ladder. Higher items will only be
dusted w/an extension duster. * Most homes will have at least one
chandelier or vaulted ceiling fan that cannot be reach by hand.
*Furniture will not be moved to clean behind it.
Add ons:
Sometimes you want those 'extras' done that you don't have time
for. Some of the things that can be included:
something more detailed, then a different rate for that cleaning will
apply.
Move In/Move Out
Moving can be a stressful time - whether you preparing to put your house on
the market, are packed and moved out, or getting ready to move in
to your new home - the last thing you should worry about is
cleaning your home. We can do anything from a general cleaning
to a complete top to bottom cleaning - including inside/outside of
appliances and cupboards, and much more. Let ASLI take care of
this last detail for you.
Commercial Property Cleaning
Small or large, daily or weekly - whatever your commercial
property cleaning needs, give ASLI a call for a quote. Every
property is different, therefore a free on site quote is the best way
to go.

- Wipe down all reachable woodwork (door trims, doors,
moldings) - Wipe down all light fixtures and ceiling fans
- Wash all reachable baseboards and chair rails
- Clean glass on entrance doors and patio doors
- Remove visible cobwebs
- All General cleaning tasks
Every General cleaning will include:
- General dusting throughout the whole home (electronic
equipment, TV's, furniture, bed frames) - Lamps and lampshade's dusted
- Pictures and knick-knacks throughout dusted
- General straightening up - fold blankets on couches/straighten
pillows - Ceiling fans and light fixtures dusted
- Doors, trim work, moldings and woodwork spot checked
cleaned on rotation basis - Outside of large appliances (fridge and stove) cleaned
- Small counter top appliances moved and cleaned underneath
- All counter tops cleaned, including back splashes
- Inside of microwave wiped out
- Outside of cupboards (including around handles) spot
checked cleaned - All sinks cleaned and disinfected
- Tubs/showers (including tile) and toilets cleaned inside and out
- Mirrors and chrome fixtures cleaned and dried
- Window ledges and wood around spot checked cleaned on
rotation basis - Wastebaskets emptied and relined with plastic bags
- All carpeted areas (including stairs) vacuumed including rugs
(unless instructed to shake out) - All hardwood floors swept/vacuumed and washed
